Prep and clean is necessary before scanning. If your scan-only project arrives without sufficient leader there will be a $3 per roll cleaning charge
BE SURE to mark all rolls of film that experienced camera issues (jamming, loop issues, etc.)
BE SURE to send any film for processing in their original containers to avoid processing problems and confusion
ALL FORCE PROCESSING (push/pull) must be clearly marked on canisters and detailed in the additional information field. Additional charges apply. Super8 is +$10/roll per stop with a $30 minimum. 16mm is $0.06/ft per stop with a $50 minimum

Our processing machines are being set up and tuned. Until our own processing machines are fully online, any processing service will be handled by trusted 3rd party labs. These are selected carefully for quality and reliability. However, despite these best efforts some things can still happen while away. While your footage is in transit and being handled by these labs The Negative Space does not hold any responsibility for loss of footage, damage, or mistakes made by the shipping companies or the lab. By selecting this option and submitting this form the client agrees to these terms
